Doctor is my 4-year-old daughter, she gets fever again and again, please suggest me what can I do

A. baby gets fever again and again a thorough chk up needed and then accordingly treatment.. keep the baby well hydrated.. water helps in maintaining body temperature.. take care..

Q. Hlo Sir/ Mam My daughter is 4 years and 3 months old. She have fever again and again after 15 days interval from last 2 months. she also have cold with fever. Every time she have high grade fever 103 and above. I consult with doctor he told me she is allergic that's why she have fever again and again. Her CBC, CRP and eosinophils count checked. Her CBC is normal, CRP is high 16.0 and eosinophil counts 750. Doctor give Antibiotic then she was fine. when she is going to school then she have fever. Please tell me why my daughter have fever and chest infection again and again. Pls help me doctor.
