doctor I'm a working mom, from next month I'm going to work if I want to express breast milk means which method is effective pumping or direct pressing method?

A. Hello dear parent! If you are able to direct press and able to express enough milk then should be alright. Eat a well balanced healthy diet and keep yourself hydrated all through the day while breastfeeding your baby. If you are still concerned better consult your doctor for further advice.
