1. Take the medicine on empty stomach 1st thing in the morning and do not have anything for 30’mins post the medicine
2. After 20’mins of medicine u can have overnight soaked dhaniya water 1 cup
3. Also u can Include coconut oil 1tsp in the morning post medicine and dhaniya water
4. Include more fruits and vegetables in the diet: always start your meals with a bowl of vegetables or one fruit
5 reduce wheat from your diet to two times a week and instead u can have oats, ragi, jowar, rice or brown rice
6. Make sure u include protein like milk, curd, paneer, eggs, dal , sprouts in your every meals
7. Restrict sugar, sweets, fried food, namkeen, maida based dishes and biscuits from your diet completely
8. Practice pranayam on daily basis
9. Physics activity for 45 mins 6 days a week is very helpful
10 water intake 2-4 litre
