Q.

doctor , I have 3 .5 month old baby girl .m on exclusively breastfeeding.but now my milk supply became low.what should I do .

A. Hi parent you can take aswgandha powder or satavri granules with glass of milk daily it is very effective also I suggest you leptadene tablet twice a day with glass of milk please include natural probiotics and dairy products and green leaf veggies and fresh fruit and different seeds and nuts in your daily diet
