Doctor,how to deal with engorgement and blocked milk ducts ? It's getting really uncomfortable

A. Do hot compress that’s going to b good for both the things as will open blockage and will also settle breast engorged and also do it atleast 3-5 in a day to begin with and then reduce it accordingly
