Doctor, Gud afternoon my baby is going motion 2 days after continuous fron 2 months. is this normal. sometimes he is getting strain for going motion. please guide me to rectify that

A. it is quite natural that baby below the age of six months will be passing stool like this only once baby is more than 6 months we can start giving water some seasonal fruits for the baby
