doc, my 14 month old has this little bump on his eyelid for a month now, he doesn't seem to have pain when I touch it..what is this, please advice

Get examined with your doctor as it could be a simple pimple and nothing else and sometimes it doesn’t pain but get it checked with your doctor because it is looking like swell up also so the doctor would be able to help with that you can apply that’s going to help and settling it down
