Lovleena MishraMom of 2 children4 years agoA. Please consult your doctor immediately if his stools are too watery with a foul smell. Give him ORS. Give him lots of water and other fluids like coconut water and clear vegetable souls but avoid giving fruit juices. Give him light foods like khichdi with curd.
