doc how much paracetamol 250 mg sysrup should I gv for 3 year old 13 kg weight.

A. hi mom can give upto 5 ml but still check with doctor whether it needs to be given or not and how much is the desired quantity to be given

A. 5 to 10 ml upto three time in day or as per doctor advice
