RashmiMom of a 11 yr 3 m old girl8 months agoA. Diet plan for all the age groups are same after the age of nine months good amount of proteins plus very regular home-made food roti Sabzi Dal rice Paratha whether it’s a boy or a girl it is same for all the kids and all the genders
