Dira perform very well at home whether its dance, poem reciting, any small speech or news, role playing. But she doesn't perform in front of audience. She remain standing at stage , not crying but not performing also. like She doesn't perform at all.

please there is no need to worry about this much most of the children in the beginning will be having some stranger anxiety do not stress the baby to perform it will have negative impact matter of time

Thank you for quick response doctor.
My concern is they are doing well in front of us. I have given her name in dance. She told me that she wants to dance, but when I took her to practice she didn't perform was just standing. 
But when she came back, at home she was crying that I want to dance and tomorrow  I will do and repeating this from last three days. 
Also in school they have same behaviour they don't perform. They ran out from stage.yes,  They are good in writing and drawing
