POOJA GOSWAMIMom of a 10 yr 6 m old girl4 years agoA. Most of the foods of the baby in 7 months will remain same as 6 months as the body is still adapting to digesting them. You can feed lentil puree, mashed banana, apple, carrots and pear puree, mixed vegetable soup, khichdi, ragi and sooji porridge, home made cerelac, etc. Feed 3 times meals and rest give milk.
