Offer a variety of traditional food and texture so that baby gets used to it all.

Give well balanced nutritious food including fat carbohydrates protein
Give different varieties of food like fruits vegetable pulses whole grains milk products in different shape colours patterns to make meal more interesting give three meal and two snacks children are fussy eater at this age its all normal
