In 18 months, you can give variety of foods to the baby like oats with nuts, milkshakes with dry fruits, chicken soup, boiled egg, omelette, pan cakes, wafgle, upma, poha, idli-dosa with sambhar, chapati with paneer gravy, stuffed parantha, rice with dal, chicken or fish curry with rice, dalia, mixed vegetable soup, khichdi, ghee, seadonal fruits and 500-550 ml milk everyday. Feed 3 main meals and 2-3 times healthy snacks alongwith variety of fluids like water, fresh juices, curd, buttermilk and coconut water.
