Dear sir. My son Armaan 3.9 year sufferings from fever since 4 days. even after paracetamol it persists . could you suggest any advice

fever more then 3 days is not normal and shoukd be evaluate.
give lots of fkuids and rest.
cobsult ylur childs doctor in person.
