dear sir my child is 5 years 1 month old till now he can't speak properly. He just repeats what we ask him to speak. He bearly say few words of his own. Please suggest what to do?

Communicate more with your child teacher child of how to respond to a particular thing along with that you should also get your child into the habit of reading from an early age itself that also helps a lot so these things that is what you should do and get some books with question and answers a story ask questions to the child associated with that child to understand and answer the question this is also going to help a lot
