dear sir my baby 4 year old but tooth completely not origin and growth are not as per age.

ExpertNiharika PandeyPediatric Dentist3 years agoA. Hi kids usually get their complete set of 20 milk teeth anytime upto the age of 3 -3.5 years.. consult with your nearest Pediatric dentist for proper clinical examination of this condition
