dear sir my baby 4 year old but tooth completely not origin and growth are not as per age.

kids usually get their complete set of 20 milk teeth anytime upto the age of 3 -3.5 years..
consult with your nearest Pediatric dentist for proper clinical examination of this condition

if yes then , as babies get their full set of primary teeth by the age of 2 or 3 years ,you should consult your pediatrician for once.
for Healthy growth, please give Healthy diet especially calcium rich food items more
