Dear Sir, my 6+ month old baby girl shouting many time continuesly from last 4-5 days.what will be the reason.

Teething Baby happening because it is due to discomfort and irritation in the gums a child care end up screaming like how you are talking that could be one of the biggest reasons as per the age and and this is colic pain is equally colic pain is common with kids so it could be the same reason as well
