please use only coconut oil or homemade desi ghee for massage 3-4 times per day and bath with raw milk only.once consult your paediatrician for proper examination of the child and start treatment as advised

in the first place I would recommend that you should completely stop using soap or baby wash for the child for now second I would recommend that you should apply moisturizer after the bath of the child on the whole body
