dear sir i am mother of twin 29 weeker premature boy's born on 27 july 2022....my neice was born on 20 july 2022.....when I see the development milestone of my kids and my neice they are far behind..... and what age should i consider for them 5 month + or 3 month as per gestation time...pls reply

When a child is a premature child they reach the milestone little late than a full term child and your kids are born 10 weeks before the normal time which is why they can take a month or two extra to reach the milestone but they will reach to my snooze it is not a thing to be valid

patilGuardian of a 5 yr 7 m old boy2 years agoA. Hello, your twin babies are prematurely born after 29 weeks so they are far behind your niece and they may need 3 months to get equal to your niece so give them enough nutritious breast milk
