dear sir and ma'am, I am Nitin Bist, my baby is 7 month old,he is facing problem of constipation! please suggest me what I have to do., Regards nitin Bist

A. hello introduction of solids can cause constipation in babies and make sure to gi ve water to baby after every solid and also gives ve fruits well and include fibre rich food in the diet and water after every solid is a must nd can also include coconut water also
