Could be due to deficiency of iron or multivitamins are you can ask your doctor for a supplement to start with but these days the most common reason that we have seen is too much of screen time parents give mobile to the kids for hours together that could be the reason and sometimes it could be due to lack of sleep but this is a child should at least leave for a stage of eight hours it in the night if even the sleep is in complete them that can also lead to this problem
