Dear Dr .Gunjan, My twin boys will be three this year,can I give them egg everyday?if yes in what form and at what time of the day?pls suggest.

boiled, poached, omlette, egg chapati roll
egg biryani
egg pulav
egg with mashed potatoes
include other forms of proteins also
