Dear Doctor, my son is 5 month old. He got rashes in his leg. Please find the photo attached of symptoms. Please suggest what precautions i have to take.

It is some kind of an allergy and I would recommend you to currently apply calamine lotion and also consult a paediatrician in case of need you can apply 3 to 4 times in the day is looking like some kind of a minor allergy so this should really be beneficial
