Dear doctor..my son is 3 month old... tody my baby vaccines ,so he is suffering frm fever n pain n crying alot... so what I hv to do... pls tell me

A. yes apply ice pack at inj site. as per the details this needs to be examined in person so best would be to meet a doctor in person and get it evaluated well about this so as to be sure .
