dear doctor is it essential to show baby on Sun light daily

A. hello sunlight is a natural source of vitamin d and it is good to get your baby exposed to the sunlight on a daily basis which should be good for the baby.. daily for around a minimum of 10 mins atleast you should get your baby exposed to the sunlight
