Dear Doctor,
Both myself and my wife have tested positive for COVID. we did not get our 23 month old son tested. But he has fever since yesterday, we have been using Meftal-P but the temperature is not coming down to normal. He is definitely better today than yesterday. He's eating well, sleeping well. No other symptoms for him. Should I take him to the hospital. Should I be worried.

Meftal is not recommended for COVID fever in kids.. please use Dolo or calpol.

keep him hydrated and give prescribed medication 
Omicron variant is likely to be more infective and spread easily.
Its symptoms are cough fatigue runny nose congestion.
Children show predominantly upper respiratory tract infection likr fever,  runny nose, throat pain, body ache , dry cough.
It is recommended to wear a mask regardless of the vaccination status and maintain social distancing. use of sanitizer is recommended .
