A. Hi mom Give all that you cook for your family. Give healthy and nutritious diet including all the food groups. Include seasonal fruits and vegetables, dairy products like paneer curd cheese, chicken fish egg, dry fruits, pulses, cereals, soup, fresh fruit juice etc in ur baby's diet for proper growth and development.
