A. Hello mom. You should prefer to take easy to digest foods and avoid gas forming and outside foods , have good fluid intake to keep yourself well hydrated . Certain foods that would help to increase your appetite would be garlic , oats , panjiri , dry fruits , drumstick and fenugreek leaves , jeera or ajwain or saunf water ,
