A. Hello mom as per now the toddler can be given all family foods , so foods from various food groups can be given to them, dry fruits , nuts , seeds ,panner, tofu , soya , fresh fruit milk shakes , ghee , dals , legumes such as rajma , lobia , chana , eggs , chicken
