complan nutrigrow powder choclate flavour till what age it's effective....means for height and weight...nd after 10 yrs which nutrigrow powder is best

A. hello the supplement just contain added sugar and is better to avoid any kind of supplements and good to give your child healthy and nutritious well balanced home food in the diet along with fruits and vegetables and green leafy vegetables and also include dry fruits
