changing the colour of urine area to black is the serious problem or not

A. See if the outer skin is turning a little dark that’s probably that you are using diapers all the time but despite of the diaper you are not using the skin and the urinal area is becoming dark rest all the skin around this then it is not good please check what’s the problem
