Sunita MahatoMom of 2 children2 years agoA. after six months some doctors will advice at 4 months.. start with wheat cerelac as it is easy digesting.. one spoon first then after 3 to 4 days two spoon then after 3 to 4 days three spoon in similar way once then twice and then three times
