Janani ViswanathanMom of 2 children2 years agoA. After the baby us one year old itself u can start with cows milk. Make sure the milk is unadulterated and pure. Start with few spoons on the first day, see if it suuts ur baby and then gradually increase the amount. Dont add any supplements.
