Can you tell me a medicine to get rid of the allergic tissues in the body of a 5 month old baby..?

A. Hello , your baby boy is 5 months old and he is having some allergy so you can not get rid of the tissue of his body but allergent can be reduced by giving antihistamine drug like cetzine syrup
