ExpertDr Priyanka KalraObstetrician and Gynaecologist4 years agoA. you must track the weight.To increase weight you must add high energy foods like eggs paneer , soya , ghee in rice , khichdi etc.this will boost him ok.See it looks ok only.but if you doubt then for your satisfaction show to a doctor there as they can examine the patient and give even a better opinion in this case .

The Intake of fruits and vegetables is good enough but you should give healthy grains and proteins to the child try to give about 200 g Paneer to your child or to food to your child on an every day basis but I would say regular Paneer is a much better thing to be given and consult a nutritionist once
