can you explain food and sleep schedule for 14 months old?

That You will have to decide as to what is your sleeping time what’s the child’s wake up time accordingly you can form a schedule for the child and when it comes to food you should be giving everything that you are eating on every day basis whether it is breakfast lunch or dinner it has to be just the same for the child as well
