Yeah You can if your child is ready to hold it on its own and also anyways after the age of three months a lot of kids start to have their teeth so that is the best time to introduce it to the child if you want to give it a month prior to that also it would be completely alright just keep washing it regularly so that your child does not take it dirty into the mouth
