can we use medicines while breast feeding about tremors and shaking movements in body pls suggest bcoz since 3 yes I'm using

It is not advisable to take any medicine without proper consultation while you are breastfeeding It is advisable to get yourself evaluated by a doctor and follow doctors advise properly.
