Can we treat preterm baby as full term when they reached their expected due date? Shall i switch to demand feeding from scheduled feeding?

A. Hello Mom that depends on their weight gain well .. if the baby is catching up and is improving by the day then you may start with feed on demand . As that is the best way when exclusively breast feeding
