can we take pcv vaccine at the age of 2 years

A. if you are not given the PCV vaccine before after 1 year of age you should give only single dose of PCV vaccine for it can be given you can consult your doctor

A. For kids between 2 and 4 years of age, who did not complete their pneumococcal vaccine schedule - one dose of PCV13 vaccine is recommended. Usually the pneumococcal vaccine series consists of 3 doses, each taken at the age of 6 weeks, 10 weeks and 14 weeks. A booster dose is given between 12 and 15 months. Please consult with your doctor for the same.
