Can we start solid foods from 4 months with continuing breastfeed

ExpertDr. Minal AcharyaNutritionist4 years agoA. Dear mum, no solid foods should not be started from 4 months. Solid foods should be introduced only after the completion of 6 months. Until 6 months, you should exclusively breastfeed.
