can we give tender coconut to 11 month baby..he has started having solid foods

Dr GhouseGuardian of 3 children4 years agoA. no problem you can give both tender coconut and tender coconut water to the baby since baby is around one year of age by one year baby must be in a position to take the adult food that is prepared for other members in the house

Jasmine KaurMom of a 9 yr 3 m old boy4 years agoA. Hello dear parent, you can give tender coconut to your baby but make sure baby should be first able to chew only then offer , else it can get stick in his throat.
Do not be in hurry to give new items. Good luck and take care
