can we give solids like mashed apple and banana in 4 months???

A. no, offer after 6 momth. Its better to wait till 6 months by that time baby's bowel will be mature enough to accept semi solid foods WHO and UNICEF recommend that babies be fed nothing but breast milk for their first 6 month
