can we give paracetamol syrup for 1 and half year old baby after giving cow's milk

Yes of course you can give but not immediately because when you give medicines immediately to the child they throw up so at least maintain a gap of half an hour because the chances are very bright immediately if you give any medicine to child normally vomit out everything
