Can we give paneer to 9 month old baby?

Certainly you can and you should you should be giving it from the age of seven months itself it’s highly rich in calcium and protein and dairy products are anyways considered to be given from the age of seven months the earlier you start the better for the child so yes even if you want you can give it every day without any hassle to your child
