can we give oats to baby of 10 months ?

Expertpriyamvadha- NutritionistNutritionist3 years agoA. yes you can give oats. it contains both soluble n insoluble fiber that should be started safely and later you can give in various firms like cutlets, dosa, upma and porridge forms

NikithaMom of a 10 yr 10 m old boy3 years agoA. hello yes ypu can give oats for the baby which is safe and not q problem and of giving for the first time then try with small quantity to make sure the baby is not allergic to it and it as many nutritional benefits and is absolutely safe to be given for the child
