Q.

can we give deworming syrup to 2yrs 3mnths old baby?If yes what is the dosage?

A. kindly give syrup albendazole 10 ml to the child at night (first dose) and 10ml after 14 days and if the problem still continues meet your doctor and get a stool examination which will help in diagnosis. very important to maintainr hygiene of the food as well as the the hygiene of the hands and everything which goes inside the mouth of the child otherwise the worms problem will occur again and again. can be repeated every 6months if required. final decision will be taken by dr who will tell you if it is needed by your child or not.

A. You can give it to the child it’s given in two batches it comes into the bottle of 10 ML of 5ML you can give tonight before your child goes to sleep in 5ML after 14 days can be given in the same manner and then you can repeat the dosage again after six months so that is how it is meant to be given to such a small child
