Can we give cow milk to 4months old baby? incase mother milk is not sufficient

Hello dear parent, yes you can guve cow milk. But it is not very nutritious. Apart from cow milk you can also give formula milk to your baby. 
Formula milk has more nutrients than cow milk. 
And if your baby is urinating 8 to 10 times in the day by just consuming your breast milk then baby is healthy and ypur milk supply is sufficient for your baby
