A. u cn give if u dont want to give the market one u may give the home made cerelac chk the first cry page for receipes... start with one spoon then after 3 to 4 days 2 spoon then after 3 to 4 days 3 spoon... in similar way once then twice and three times use Babyhug steel bowl and spoon
